RANDY W. MONIGHETTI - OWNER / LEAD INSTRUCTOR

I entered into this industry as just a regular everyday guy that has had an intense passion for the entire firearms industry since I was 6 years old! My entire adult life I have had this profound aspiration to get into the industry full time. Coming from a typical civilian lifestyle with over 30 years in handling firearms, but no background in law enforcement or military, it proved to take quite a bit of courage and persistence to go after this dream... I believe that is exactly what sets us apart from most other firearms training companies.

BACKGROUND

I started handling and shooting firearms at six years old in 1984, I then started hunting with my grandfather a year later when I was seven years old. I have since handled multiple firearms and weapons platforms. I have trained multiple friends, and friends of friends over the years. I have received professional training with different instructors, some of which are very renowned, others have been much smaller organizations, and frankly much higher quality than the larger ones. I am constantly seeking professional training so I can continue to perfect my skills, which strengthens what I teach.

Outside of handling firearms for 30+ years and providing private firearms training to people on the side, my main job was in construction, I was also a firefighter / EMT for a number of years, a master engine builder mainly for race engines, a CNC machinist, and even became a desk guy for a few years in the construction trades.

THE CREATION OF...

My mindset starting Allegiance Tactical Training, was that I must eliminate all fear and anxiety, have full faith in my God, trust wholeheartedly that He is in control, even when it may seem unclear, and as long as I follow Him through this journey, it will grow, it will prosper, and we will not only provide the safest firearms training available, but we will Honor God in all things with purpose.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I have been a “protector” type my entire life, even as a small child, then I became a husband and that grew much stronger. A short time later when I became a father, the “protector” in me grew stronger than I could’ve ever realized. My focus shifted a few years later to not only me protecting them at all costs, but also teaching and training them how to protect themselves.

My goal in this life as a Husband and Father is to make sure that my wife and daughters are well trained, self-reliant, and unstoppable women that have valor and never accept becoming a victim! By making sure they are trained not just in force-on-force scenarios with firearms, but also in the mindset of situational awareness, and how to prevent violent attacks from occurring in the first place, the rest must be left up to the Good Lord.

That intense passion and profound aspiration to get into the firearms industry full time is exactly how our mission came to fruition. With the ever-changing world we live in, the uncertain times we are constantly facing, our constitutional rights that are forever under attack, new gun owner records being broken every year, and the fact that most instruction out there is highly driven in a law enforcement or military manner (which is a great fit for some, but not for others), it was time to "cut from the herd". We believe that everyone should know how to protect and defend themselves and their loved ones within the rights we have, and under the laws set in place, and meet the criminal with equal force or better to prevent oneself from becoming a victim.

We WILL provide safe and proper defensive tactical firearms training, show you that you have the strength to defend yourself with a firearm, and plant the seed to grow a tactical situationally aware mindset that is needed to prevent a threat against your life. The goal is to make our families, homes, neighborhoods and our local communities safer, one person at a time! Whether you're a man, a woman, a beginner, or have years of experience, there is a place for each of you to serve in this mission.
